This is why we always advise our customers to take advantage of Locate, our nationwide document storage facility which is currently in operation in England and Wales. 

 

Store your documents with us, and we will make sure your Wills, deeds and other crucial records are kept out of harm’s way. We offer fixed annual fees to cover all requirements, from more basic Personal Storage options through to comprehensive Family Storage and Business Storage services. 

 

You can retrieve any document at any time, free of charge. All you need to do is call the Central Administration Office with your personal ID number, and your paperwork will be at your door within 48 hours. All your documents are fully insured and covered for loss or damage through the group’s professional indemnity insurance. 

 

Your annual storage box fee is fixed for life. If your circumstances change, you can upgrade your storage options at any time.

 

You can also update your Will once a year, free of charge. Customers who have previously instructed us to draft their Will and hold it in storage will receive an annual letter reminding them to review their circumstances and amend their Will if necessary.
